Shipping policy

Orders are despatched within 10 working days of receipt of your order, and generally within 2-4 days. In the event of a delay, you will be notified by email.

Within UK: £4.00
Europe: £10.00
Worldwide: £20.00

For Teemill clothing and accessories:
Within UK: £4.50 | EU: £7.00 | US/International: £7.50
Note. separate shipping applies for these products, which are despatched directly from the textile remanufacturing centre in the UK.

Estimated transit times (standard UK / Air Mail):
Within UK: 2-4 business days
Europe: 2-11 business days
Worldwide: 3-17 business days

For Teemill clothing and accessories:
Within UK: 3-5 days | EU: 5-10 days | International: 10-20 days

 

UK Christmas orders:  If ordering for Christmas please ensure that orders are placed and received by Thursday 18th December, else these will be dispatched in the New Year.

Please note: our office will be closed from 24 December 2025 - 1 January 2026 inclusive. Orders received during this period will be despatched when we reopen.
